Vehicles rented in the United States can be driven into Canada, with the exception of 12 or 15 passenger vans,cargo van，luxury cars but must be returned to the United States unless Renter has pre-arranged with Provider to drop the vehicle off at one of Provider’s approved locations in Canada whereby a transborder fee may apply. The trip experience was not good. First, even though I specifically booked an American car in the U.S., I only got an equivalent Korean car. After driving for a day, the tire punctured, and I spent the entire morning at the service center. They didn't replace the car, so I had to get it repaired, which was free but disrupted the itinerary, causing us to miss some planned attractions. When we got to Los Angeles, another tire broke. This time, I spent half a day and they gave me a Japanese car instead. The two incidents wasted a lot of our time and the experience was terrible. However, in the U.S., all repair costs, including a damaged side mirror, were covered by the rental company, making the super insurance I bought from Zuzuche seem unnecessary.
