Like: Staff is very efficient and friendly. Both pick-up and drop-off time are 5 mins or less. Pick-up and Drop-off point is located within 1 min from ASAP counter. I expected far away because Don Mueang airport is a busy airport.
Dislike: Not about ASAP car rent company. Don Mueang airport where I picked up and dropped off is too busy and not spacious for car park, and trafiic direction sign is unclear... I am sorry again this is not about ASAP car rent company.

The car that I rented is a Toyota Yaris Ativ, I didn't expect them to give me an old year Yaris Ativ, and there is no parking sensor on this vehicle. However, the car's condition so far so good. I was late to return the car as I needed to drive 2.5 hours from Hua Hin to Bangkok. The staff can't stop calling me and telling me I need to pay the extra charges. I already told her I have no problem paying extra fee, but still receiving their call on the road. So annoying.
