1.For international terminal (Customers come from international flight), please walk from the international arrival hall by walking out from Gate 8. There is a connected way to Domestic Arrival by walking into Gate 1. Please contact information counter for picking up a car of ASAP Car Rental. They will assist to contact Asap's staff. 2. For domestic terminal, find the asap counter near the baggage claim area. (For assistance, contact us or Whatsapp at +66631894744)

Like: Awesome service provided by the team in Phuket. I was a bit worried on the booking as I went through the reviews where booking was not available upon picking up the vehicle, they do hard selling on the packages, the car was not great and etc . But it didn't happen to me and it was smooth all the way. The service team was very polite, the car was new & clean, less than 2000 km mileage, it was a Toyota Vios. So, it was spacious for all 4 of us in the car with our luggage. Requested for a 2nd driver and we were not charged on it. So, that's good too. As long as you bring the required documentation with you i.e booking voucher, passport, driving license and your credit card, you are good to go :) So, I would say, good job to both easyrentcars.com and ASAP car rental Phuket.

Drop off area, no staff. I called ahead to appointment the time to return. The staff told that I have to call 10 minutes before arriving. Absolutely, I could not call 10 minutes before arriving because I was driving and not supposed to make a call while I was driving. I got to the airport, so I had to find the ASAP staff. It took almost 30 minutes.
