There were too many existing scratches that is impossible to go through during pickup process. The car need serious polishing which would buff out all the scratches to let the customer a fresh car to start with. Return was misleading where during pickup was told to return to where we pick up the car. But on the day of return, it's a different area.

A bit of a wait due to an issue with the customer before me. But once they got to me, it was a smooth and straight forward process! The car itself was in fairly good condition, although it had a bit of a weird musk in the car and the air conditioning could be better. But the car was definitely spacious enough for four people and could fit 4 medium cases in the car. Definitely value for money!

The rental indicated that it can carry 3 luggages and maximium 7 persons. I would suggest that it can only handle 3 hand carried luggages.

I still haven’t received the THB 5000 deposit refund. I expect The refund should be immediately after the car return instead of waiting 2 weeks as the staff mentioned to me. Before going, I made a reservation with Chinese service, but upon arrival, there was no Chinese receptionist available. They added me on WeChat and said I could contact them via phone or WeChat if I had any problems during my trip. Throughout the entire journey, everything went smoothly. On the night before returning the car, I tried to contact them via WeChat (voice and text) and phone, but only received responses in Thai, which I couldn't understand, failing to get through. This was very unsatisfactory. I then called the 24-hour service hotline, using my basic English skills to inquire about the car return procedure, only to be told that they couldn't find our rental ID. In the end, I drove back to the original pickup location to return the car myself. The 30 bucks spent on the Chinese service felt like a waste; it’s better to save more and improve your English skills. A follow-up call from the staff blamed the situation on the Chinese consultant being on leave, which I found laughable!

The car was not as advertised. The online pictures showed a hatchback YARIS, but the car I received was a sedan version of the YARIS. The car was old with many scratches and damages. I recommend everyone avoid renting from this store. I believe they intentionally make customers pay damages. During my car return, the actions of these two staff members were very dubious. I've rented cars in Phuket around 8 to 10 times, and never experienced something like this. Here’s my experience with picking up and returning the car. When I picked up the car, I noticed scratches all around the vehicle, including the tires and rims. I took photos with my phone, but the two staff members seemed impatient and said it was no big deal. When I was about to drive, I realized the left side mirror couldn’t be adjusted and called the staff to fix it. Fifteen days later, I returned the car in the evening, driving it to the parking lot. Two staff members came over to inspect the car, acting rather strangely. They immediately went to check the front windshield and found a tiny spot. They then asked if I had photos from when I picked up the car. I showed them the video I took, but they insisted the spot was my fault and that I had to pay for it. I carefully reviewed the video and found that the spot was already there before I took the car. After some dispute, they reluctantly accepted that I didn't need to pay. However, the whole process felt like a setup to make me pay. It seemed like they already knew about that spot. I believe many people have had to pay because of this. I suspect this will continue happening, so I advise everyone not to rent from this place. Really, if you have to rent from here, make sure to take detailed photos of every inch of the car and the glass. They will make you pay for the smallest mark. I suggest the car rental company investigate if this store is suitable for partnerships.

The car I received was very old, covered in scratches and with a total mileage of 139,000 kilometers. I asked the rental company to change the car, but they refused. I reluctantly drove it on the road; fortunately, during the 4 days of rental, the car didn't break down, although the power was somewhat insufficient. The air conditioning worked well though. Overall, the service was mediocre. I suggest not using cars with a mileage of 140,000 kilometers for rental services anymore.
