Excellent and I will use this app again

I have used Thai Rent a Car many times, booking through different platforms. Each time, they didn't inspect the car during pick-up or return, just checked the fuel gauge.

Scheduled to pick up the car at 13:30, arrived two hours early hoping to get the car in advance. On the last day, I returned the car early but had to wait two hours at the airport to pick it up.

I still haven’t received the THB 5000 deposit refund. I expect The refund should be immediately after the car return instead of waiting 2 weeks as the staff mentioned to me. That’s not so beneficial to customers. Also, the car should be ready 1 hour before the car pick up time, instead of black facing customers asking customers waiting.

EasyRentCars did a good job confirming the car reservation for me. However, I would expect faster turnover instead of chasing a few times by me.

Got a relatively new car with just a mileage of 2700km that is clean and in good condition. Receiving staff was kind to offer and dropped us at the international departure hall after the car was inspected and returned at the domestic terminal; it was drizzling.
