The vehicle conditions were generally quite old. The rental company provided an older car, which struggled to climb the hills in Phuket. Previously, I rented from another company where the car was newer and in better condition.

The car lacks a reversing radar, which is inconvenient. Although it's understandable that there's no phone charging cable or adapter, a phone holder is recommended. The app did not inform users during booking that an international driving permit is now mandatory; translation documents are no longer accepted. Getting caught by the police leads to fines. The service was very poor.
