The overall service was good, no issues! Very easy car pick-up and return process, very convenient. No hidden costs, just make sure to return the car with a full tank of gas.
I informed them from the beginning that I rented the car for five days and wanted to return it at the normal time on the fifth day, not so early. They kept saying I only rented the car for four days and the fifth day was complimentary. They refused my request initially and only agreed after lengthy communication and presenting the order (since it was in Chinese, we had to talk for a long time in English).
Rental booth is located in domestic terminal, we got off the international terminal needed a bit of walk to get there. Car rental staff are friendly, pickup process were very professional, drop off process are even easier, will definitely rent from them again.

Very easy to book the rental car I need, piece of mind with insurance with the complete package. One of my highly recommended car rental company.
My booking was cancelled when I arrived. It took them more than 30 minutes to find the original booking.
Nevertheless the staff at the counter was friendly and helpful.
Drop off was too long I had to wait 15 minutes in the car and I had to call them 3 times
