Good condition of the car. But disappointed with the power of the car, as you should bring in 3 liter turbo diesel, instead of 2.5litre diesel. But still acceptable power with full load of the car, 4 adult and 4 children with 3 big luggage and a big backpack.
Very Bad experience with the staff in charge of the car checking process as well as during the collect and pick up. No care about the customers, no professional behaviour when we ask information or have a claim. I had better experiences with their staff in Chiang Mai and Bangkok. Apparently their standards are not the same in all agences.
