Got a relatively new car with just a mileage of 2700km that is clean and in good condition. Receiving staff was kind to offer and dropped us at the international departure hall after the car was inspected and returned at the domestic terminal; it was drizzling.

Car booked was very old. I was expecting new car however 10 year old car which was driven more than 90k km was given. Car didn’t have auto lock or mobile charging or navigation facilities. At the time of arrival there was no body present at the counter. A boy came 15 minutes later who did not speak English & was bit rude.
