The car I received was very old, covered in scratches and with a total mileage of 139,000 kilometers. I asked the rental company to change the car, but they refused. I reluctantly drove it on the road; fortunately, during the 4 days of rental, the car didn't break down, although the power was somewhat insufficient. The air conditioning worked well though. Overall, the service was mediocre. I suggest not using cars with a mileage of 140,000 kilometers for rental services anymore.
The car pick-up process was very quick. The vehicle was provided with a full tank and cleaned. I received a car with just over six thousand kilometers on it, almost brand new. Overall, I am very satisfied and will use this company again next time.
Have used Thai Rent A Car before and have always been happy with service and their vehicles.
