ドライブシャフトの故障がありました。車両を交換してもらう際、レンタカー会社がホテルまで車を取りに来て、わたしはUberで飛行場まで移動しました。飛行場のレンタカーカウンターで、車両返却の記録が無いと言われて3時間、代替車を受け取れませんでした。また、Budgetの様々なカウンターをたらい回しにされ、カスタマーサポートにも電話して、時間を使い、とても嫌な時間を過ごしました。
