Drop-off Instructions

Please follow rental car return sign near the parking lot and follow the instructions and drive the car to the corresponding parking lot for dropping off the car and then take the free shuttle bus back to the airport.

They push for insurance sales and get unhappy if you don't buy. Hidden charges are not disclosed. Surprising miscellaneous and parking fees (explained by the rental company as such) amounted to over $130! That's too much!

At Chicago airport, I waited over an hour for the shuttle bus. When I called to ask, the attitude was poor. We finally got the car after 9 PM. The rental company is much farther from the airport compared to others. The return process was normal; we filled the tank and washed the car as instructed. Unexpectedly, I received an additional charge six months later. I had purchased the full insurance, the most comprehensive one, and there were no incidents or violations. This company is terrible. Remember the old saying: 'You get what you pay for.' Be cautious when choosing a rental company.
