Pick-up Instructions

Please follow the purple MIA Mover signs to the third level of the Airport Terminal. Take the moving walkways to the MIA Mover Station to board and be transported to the Rental Car Center. Alamo is located on the fourth level. Upon arrival to the facility, please proceed to the Alamo counter (on the right) to obtain your rental agreement. Self-service kiosks at this location can make your rental transaction quick and easy. Note:Since Mar 2025, from the Miami International Airport authority has informed us that the MIA Mover train is out of service until further notice. Shuttle services are available between the MIA Rental Car Center and the terminal until the train is operational. Additional personnel will be on-site to assist travelers with directions.
