プレミアムクラスの車ではなく、ミラーもくすんで見えにくかった

予定通りの車だったので良かった

車を受け取るまでに30分ほど待ちました。車体の傷チェックはないので事前に写真など撮っておいた方が安心です

自分で選べて乗ってみたかった車にのれました

heartsの受付頂いた女性担当者は、手際もよかった。しかし、フロントで搭乗者保険を加入していたにもかかわらず、加入を勧められた。加入証明のプリントを見せて加入済みであることを伝えたところ、スムーズな対応をして頂いた。

受付カウンターは3〜4人並んでいましたが、Hertsにメンバー登録していたので(空いている)Herts専用カウンターで手続きを。車種は予約時と同じでした。 受付の方も親切に説明をしてくれました。

時間はかかったものの その分車をアップデートいただき 非常に満足行く旅になりました。

初めてレンタカー借りるので操作方法教えて欲しいとお願いしたら快く説明して貰えました。

コンパクトを予約していたのに。 必要以上に大き過ぎて、運転に気を使った。追加料金も取られたと思う。 乗り心地はよかったが。

The staff's attitude was great. There were some minor issues when picking up the car, but the staff were very patient and helped us.

The waiting time for picking up the car was a bit long. The navigation phone rented from the store was very slow and consumed a lot of battery.

1. The line took at least half an hour with only two attendants; 2. The attendant kept trying to upsell, and although I kept refusing, they still managed to sell me a fuel service with the excuse 'the nearest gas station is far away';
