ネルソンの空港が新しくなってレンタカーのカウンターが新しくなっていましたが、すぐわかりました。カウンターで電話すると5分で来てくれて対応していただけて言葉わからない私たちに親切に言葉アプリを使って説明してくれたのでちょっと時間がかかってしまい申し訳なかったです。最後駐車場の出方が分からなくてまた来ていただく事になって時間がかかったのですがおそこは国によって違うのだから説明をして欲しかったと思いました。

The car was very new and easy to drive. It comfortably fit 3 people and 4 suitcases, and it was fuel-efficient. The vehicle was in great condition, with only 19,000 km on the odometer. Both the pickup and drop-off procedures were very convenient. The staff provided quick service.

The unlock button on the key fob for my car did not work, which I wasn’t told about when picking up the car. It led to the car alarm going off every time I manually unlocked the car. Luckily I sorted it out myself, but would have liked more help from the car rental on this.
