Not good, the car rental company provided poor service. They said we could drive straight out, but the barrier at the exit didn't lift. Ended up paying over two euros for parking and wasted half an hour dealing with it.
Very satisfied with the service. Staff had a great attitude, quickly processed the paperwork, handed over the keys, and even reminded me to drive safely. Excellent overall! The car was in great condition, had only 15,000 kilometers, was spacious inside, and very reassuring to drive.
Horrible service. They force you to buy an extended insurance from them, even though we already got an AXAinsurance. Big discussion on that. It is also not possible to pay with another credit card ( my husbands) or debit card.
When you choose for that, they said that it was only possible when chosing for their insurance.

There was no guidance when picking up the car, so I had to find it myself. I ended up walking a long way and couldn’t find the car, then had to go back, which wasted a lot of time. It was also very inconvenient to carry luggage.
Arrived a bit late and there were no cars available. Had to upgrade the car on-site, which felt like being taken advantage of. Paid a 500-euro deposit but only 287 euros were refunded. There was no detailed breakdown or explanation for the charges, leaving the deductions unclear.
The waiting time depends on whether the renter's documents are complete, mainly the credit card. If the renter has a credit card under their own name and speaks the language well, they are less likely to encounter issues.
The SUV I got had a DR logo. When I picked it up, the car had scratches, three tires were underinflated, one license plate screw was loose, and the carpet under the footrest had two worn-through holes. The rental company didn’t conduct a handover; they just gave me the key and told me to get the car myself. Returning the car was also just parking in the assigned spot and dropping the key into a mailbox. I was very worried the rental company would charge me extra money. This is not QEEQ's issue; it’s a problem with foreign rental companies—they’re not as thorough and reliable with vehicle inspections as companies in China. Two deposits were required: one for €900 as a violation-related deposit and another for over €110 as a full-fuel deposit.
The staff made it difficult during pickup by insisting on the original copy of the driver's license translation, without mentioning anything about insurance. The invoice was provided in Spanish by default, and after returning the car, I discovered insurance charges. I advise everyone to clarify these details beforehand.
The service was professional. Although they introduced additional insurance, they proceeded with other formalities without any unpleasantness after I declined. The vehicle was relatively new and in good condition.

Service was terrible. They made me wait an hour because my flight was early. Not even because car was not ready.
Took me 30 mins to wait for someone to come to look at a body hit on the car.
On return they took more than than 10 min to examine every inch of the car with flashlight and photos. Found nothing.
They charged 25% tax on the 90 EU extra pay for border crossing in Europe. A disgrace
The car met our expectations. The staff is friendly but still try to upsell their insurance. They blocked my cc for €2000 since I didn’t take their insurance but I had no problem when returning the car.
