Like: reserved a crew-cab truck for a long weekend with some friends. Got a Nissan Titan - really nice truck with very low miles, interior was in great condition. Excellent value!
Dislike: I literally have no complaints. I picked up at 12am, so the staffing at the counter was a little slow - but I understand that the pickup time was less than ideal.

Like: Got a great car at a great price.

I had a very good experience. I booked a mid-sized car, similar to a Camry or Altima. They gave me a Hyundai Elantra, which I guess is considered a similar type of car. The car had over 10,000 miles on it, but it was in good condition.

The store is easy to find, though it's a bit small. It can get crowded when there are many people.

Dislike: It would have been better if Canadian dollar would have been on par. 35 % exchange rate that hurts.

Like: Budget did a good job taking care of our reservation.

Handled the process in the airport terminal, picked up the vehicle at the parking lot across the street.

Like: when I got a flat they were very helpful in switching cars at the Burbank airport in LA.
