Was told at pickup that upgrading to an automatic model would cost 15 euros per day, paid a 125 euro deposit with a card. After returning the car, I saw on the statement that I was charged 75.78 euros for 2 days! During the return inspection, they just asked me to sign without saying anything, and half an hour later I received a bank notification that 533.85 euros were charged. Went back to the return location to inquire and found out that I was inexplicably charged 547.56 euros for vehicle damage! I was very careful with the car and did not have any scratches!
