“Worse experience ever ; agency closed and false damage at checkout. Horrible”
About Hertz: 5.0 /10
The worst experience I ever had with a car rental agency ! The agency indicated was closed and I have to search another one in the city. At checkout they charge me 1200Qtz for a damage I Don't do ! It was pure scam. I will never use Hertz Guatemala again.
