The car was in a very bad conditions! A lot of sounds while driving, and a very bad smell. I don’t recommend them

Simple and quick service process. Fast car pickup and return, but there's only one service counter, so you may have to wait.

The booking showed that the store is near the airport, but in reality, it's only available in the city center, so you need to plan your time precisely (rental terms state that the company can cancel your order even if you're one minute late). The boss sent someone to pick us up, and the actual store location is 30 minutes from the airport. I reserved an automatic car, but they provided a manual one. After informing them that I couldn't drive a manual, they found an automatic car for us. The fuel gauge had issues—it fluctuated between two bars and full during the inspection, but once we drove off, it indicated that the tank was empty (which was the actual fuel level). At the time of pickup, I explicitly stated that I would return the car to the same location. However, the store was closed at the time of return. I called the boss, who said we either had to wait for someone to collect the keys and then proceed to the airport ourselves, or drive to the airport and give the keys to his friend. Overall, this rental company is extremely unreliable.

The staff at the store couldn't even bother to give a professional smile. Not sure if it's because they saw my Chinese passport.

When returning the car, the rental store guy said the car had a bit of paint from someone else on it. Our car was fine, but someone else's paint rubbed off on our car. You couldn't tell unless you looked very closely. We didn't have any scratches during the trip, and even if there were, they were from before. Although we took photos when renting, it wasn't visible in the photos unless they were close-ups. He wanted us to pay 75 Jordanian Dinars (about 750 RMB) without any basis for this price. I asked him to call the supervisor, but he refused. Eventually, we went to the office ourselves to fetch the supervisor (we were in the parking lot returning the car). The supervisor checked and said there were no issues, and we could return the car (the guy had left by then). It seemed like he wanted to make some extra money. Such behavior damages Europcar's reputation.

Staff were enthusiastic, provided thorough introductions, and the pick-up and drop-off process was efficient.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience with Arena. The car was in a very bad shape, barely any power steering, power windows not working, hub caps falling off, scratches everywhere. That was only the start since the people working at Arena are compulsive liars and will want to steel from you. Beware are stick with the bigger companies like Budget, Avis etc.

The staff are not friendly, and misconduct, There is no respect in dealing, I can say that it is a totally bad experience, and I would not recommend it to anyone. The competitive price is not at the expense of good service, In the end I paid over payments that are not right.

Over priced

Went to pick up the car at the scheduled time, but the store was closed. I contacted the rental service and they took a long time to reply. Eventually, I reached the store staff myself.

The Car was very old. Not the same model that i booked. Airbags were damaged, the car can’t speed beyond 90 km/hour. The car doesn’t worth 20% of the rent paid and it was disaster and unsafe to drive it. AVIS also advised in the beginning that there is no booking in their system and i waited 1:30 hours to get the car

The service is quite attentive

When picking up the car, they agreed on an additional driver for 3 dollars/day, but at drop-off, they charged 3 dinars/day. Although the difference is not significant, it left a bad impression.

The car provided was different from what I booked; it was a Beijing Automobile that I'd never heard of. The air conditioning wasn't cool, and the windows weren't tinted. When I asked the staff, they said this was the only car left. It was not the same class of car I had reserved, and the option to choose the actual car model wasn't available.

El coche estaba con la alarma de mantenimiento. Amortiguadores en mal estado, motor sin fuerza. A pesar de contratar el seguro ampliado con ustedes me hicieron una retención de 350jd

I was charged for gas at the return , and i wish if the guy who checked the car told me rather to be surprised at the counter
