Unreasonable charges. They charged me 7400 RMB for minor scratches on the paint of a Jeep Liberty. I didn't receive any notice because I returned the car early and went back to my country.
The reserved model was unavailable, and the in-store representative repeatedly assured us that we could switch at the next location. We spent time and effort to go to the next location, only to be told by a different representative that there was no such arrangement. My child used her limited English to request a car switch, but she was met with a cold and firm 'No'. The car rental company also attempted to change the car at another location, but they didn’t have an automatic transmission! We returned the car an hour late, and a male representative grumbled for a long time. It was a very unpleasant rental experience!
