The staff at pick was extremely nice, we had 4 large luggage, so we booked VW - Tiguan which showed around 600 lit boot space, but as a similar car was promised, they gave us AUDI Q3, which had a slightly smaller boot space, but the person tried to arrange for another car, but as it could have taken time, he helped us with storing the luggage in the same car. It could show how much effort and pain he was willing to take to make our experience seamless. I am really grateful to him, this trip could never have been possible without that gentleman's held. Thanks to him, Europcar and Qeeq.
The location for picking up and dropping off the car was very convenient and easy to find. The process was also simple. When returning the car, the staff didn't come out to inspect it; they just took a look from inside. It's a bit strange relying purely on trust in Europe. I booked an Opel station wagon, but it was upgraded to a larger Skoda wagon. The car was new, but it felt bulky and didn't quite match the Swiss scenery.
Though the pick-up and drop-off location was findable, it was really far from the station. Additionally, on the day of return, which was the afternoon, they suddenly said they were not open and didn't provide any contact person or phone number. It was truly inconvenient.
