Waited 10 hours to pick up the car, and the one provided didn't even have a spare tire. The vehicle was in terrible condition. When returning the car, they claimed there was damage to charge a fee. After showing them the video taken during pickup, they couldn't charge for the damage, but still insisted on a 1000 shillings cleaning fee, claiming the car was too dirty.
The staff at the rental company were problematic. First, they claimed it was past service hours and charged an extra $20. Then, after getting the car, they said he was thirsty and asked for some small change for coffee. Upon returning the car, they said it was dirty and asked for another $20 for cleaning.
