The staff in the parking lot explained everything patiently. However, the parking lot near TGV was a bit tricky to navigate as the roads were narrow, so new drivers should be extra cautious.

The staff will recommend insurance, but they are still very courteous even if you decline. The rental place is a bit far from downtown Avignon, and the return signs at Nice Airport are not clear, so you might need to call for directions.
