もともと私は1台のbmwの5系を予約して、結局彼らは1台のJaguar XFをあげて、とても遠いです良いですか?これもまあ、人間の手続きのスピードは世界的だ。車を取りに行く時はゆっくりとたくさんあるのがないのがないのが言うことを聞いて、車を返す時本当にあなたをびっくりさせます。私は1時間かけてマンチェスターの返却先から返してもらったり、市内の駅まで車で行ったりしました(車で30分でも十分です)。何を発見しても他の同僚に聞くという人に検車を依頼した。検車と同じように、何を見てもしばらく様子を見てから、どう報告するべきかを尋ねた。私も酔っ払った。ぐずぐずしていて、それからタイヤのゴムが擦り切れていると言ってくれた。結構、死んだようだ。汽車の切符を蝕したら私も認めたから,保険に入れてもらいたい。 P.S.私はアイスランドでも車を借りたことがあります。こちらの体験はそちらとゴミの区別がありません。あなたはまだ借りるに違いない。

There were only two or three staff members, the process was complicated, and I had to wait more than an hour to get the car. I reserved a BMW 5 Series Touring but was given a Land Rover Discovery Sport, which is a completely different model.

As soon as we left the airport, we saw the ENTERPRISE shuttle bus. We hopped on and it left immediately, very convenient. There was no time for a cigarette break; we quickly arrived at the ENTERPRISE location. The staff was friendly and efficient. They didn't have the NISSAN I reserved, so they upgraded me to a VOLVO for free. The gas at the store was also slightly cheaper, so I bought a full tank. Overall, very satisfied. The car even came with a navigation system.

Dollar was very nice but took 30 min to do paperwork and bring car out. Much too long for prepaying. The counter person was very nice for too slow.

“Mostly good, just pickup time and long processing time let the experience down”

45mins is too long to wait to pick up the car. Not enough staff and the process takes too long. It needs to be streamlined. I emailed on 20th July to get drop off instructions to Gatwick. No reply still after 10 days. Online instructions do not give details of what hours shuttle is available
