There were only two or three staff members, the process was complicated, and I had to wait more than an hour to get the car. I reserved a BMW 5 Series Touring but was given a Land Rover Discovery Sport, which is a completely different model.

The service is quite good.

As soon as we left the airport, we saw the ENTERPRISE shuttle bus. We hopped on and it left immediately, very convenient. There was no time for a cigarette break; we quickly arrived at the ENTERPRISE location. The staff was friendly and efficient. They didn't have the NISSAN I reserved, so they upgraded me to a VOLVO for free. The gas at the store was also slightly cheaper, so I bought a full tank. Overall, very satisfied. The car even came with a navigation system.

The staff seemed very business-like and not enthusiastic. The Indian clerk had a heavy accent, making it hard to understand.

Very professional and the procedures are complete.

Efficient and high-quality service. I originally booked a small Ford but was upgraded to a Mercedes for free. Drove nearly 2000 kilometers and the fuel cost was even lower than in my country...

Service was too slow and the location is a bit far from the airport, requiring a shuttle bus.
