車を取りに行った時、店の従業員は注文が取れなかったと言い張り、Qeeqの顧客サービスで連絡を取ったが、相変わらず自分の言い分を言い張り、横柄な態度をとっていた。店の別の従業員の手で車を取ったが、1時間もかかり、同伴者の便を見送るのに手間取った。この店には何も言わない。ミラノに行ってもレンタカーを借りない。

The rental company did not inform us in advance that they require both a Visa and a MasterCard for the deposit, which prevented us from picking up the car. They also did not offer any alternative automatic transmission vehicles, causing delays in our schedule.
