They kept increasing the price and wouldn't rent us a car even though they had one available; they wanted us to upgrade to a premium vehicle.

Convenient pickup, reliable service

The store and parking lot are easy to find at CDG's Terminal 1, and the service is thorough. It took some time to get the reserved model, but they offered a discount for not having to return the car with a full tank. Overall, very satisfied.

La voiture était très bien, bon état, peu de consommation gasoil, voiture stable. Le personnel d'accueil est très affable, sympathique et professionnel. Les prix sont très bien, nous avons fait 4 locations de voiture durant notre séjour et c'est la meilleure location. Le choix de véhicules est cependant limité car l'agence est petite et on ne peut pas choisir le véhicule à l'avance

Upgraded to a bigger car and an automatic for a little extra cost. Was well worth it. Very happy with both the car and service.
