I wanted to rent a car with a spacious backseat that could fit three 24-inch suitcases, so I specifically chose a Volkswagen Golf. However, when I arrived at the rental office, there were only two Indian staff members with very average attitudes, and they said only the CHR was available. If I wanted another model, I would have to wait, but they couldn't say how long. Because I was in a hurry to leave, I reluctantly accepted. The next day, I contacted the rental platform to request a vehicle change, but after two days, they still couldn't reach the rental office. Extremely disappointed with the German rental company.

Waited 45 minutes in line to pick up the car.

A big company is indeed different, the cars are very new and the service is good.

Picking up the car is very convenient, but there might be a queue. During the peak summer season, the counters are a bit few, and self-service pick-up is not available.

There was much confusion as the final drop off location was different from the stated site. We had to call in to the help line for assistance to return the car. Booking amount was also to much discrepancies which I have yet to verify and validate.
