このレンタカー会社のサービスに満足しているのは、車の状況や後続車関系者の入念なチェックだ。唯一不満なのは、レンタカーを始めたばかりの頃に営業マンが160ユーロ以上の車を買うための保険を売り込み、実際にQeeqで購入していたこと。しかし営業マンはブカレストの交通事情が悪くて保険を勧誘していた。運転経験のある運転手なら、思い切って断ることを勧める。ブカレストでの運転は基本的に交通ルールが守られている。

Absolutely disgusting service. Unbelievably aggressive attempt to sell full insurance product, through veiled threats on risk of losing deposit. This has been my worst car hire experience in my life.

“Worst car rental ever”

Worst car rental company I've ever dealt with - used bullying tactics to try to sell me their insurance and when I refused they kept my pregnant wife and little toddler for over 1.5h out in the middle of the night. When we returned the car they tried to charge us for pre-existing damage and it turned out they didn't have a clue about the condition of the cars they are renting out, but still haggled for over an hour. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!
