But, when we got confirmation email it told us to pick up the car at Spur road address in Waterloo and not Tower Bridge. Unfortunately, Spur Road office was closed, so we had to call the agency to find out that in fact we had to pick up the car at Lower Marsh road ( Waterloo), so online booking process was a bit confusing, but overall satisfied with the service.
The car model did not match the reservation. There was no inspection reminder during pickup, but during return, the inspection was extremely thorough. Scratches on the tires and rims were recorded as issues for my confirmation. I raised objections, but they said they only check the car's condition at the time of return. Whether I caused the damages or not could remain disputable, but since my deposit was held, they ultimately deducted the repair fee from my account.
