Big company worth trusting

The staff at Launceston Airport were terrible. They didn't provide the Toyota RAV4 I reserved and downgraded me to a Corolla without indicating a price adjustment. There were two of us, and they upgraded us to a three-row, seven-seater SUV, claiming it was a five-seater and not too big, obviously just trying to fob us off. We started the process at 5 PM, and by past 7 PM, after numerous negotiations through our rental company, the staff eventually said there were no Corollas or any small cars left, only this large SUV, take it or leave it. It was clearly unreasonable and abusive.

Car was a bit dirty on the outside, It was a weird stain looked like coffee or something brown? Other then that, the car was great!

I was embarrassed at the pickup counter because the staff asked whether to insure ir not. I explained that I had insured fully through your company. But the Eurocar staff said that any car accident happened then I had to pay $8000 to Eurocar and I could claim through your company. Is that true? Who is your insurance agent in Australia?

More staff on launceston, i waiting the staff about 30minutes. Nobody there before
