The policy of returning it with an empty tank is a bit tricky. I didn't dare to estimate the fuel so precisely, so I probably added about 100 yuan more, which benefited the car rental company.

Overall, it was okay. Initially, they told us that the 5008 we booked was not available and upgraded us to a larger car. When we got to the parking lot, we saw they had given us two giant nine-seat Mercedes. Considering our road trip would involve many narrow roads, big cars would be inconvenient, so we declined. Then the staff made a phone call and managed to get us two 5008s. I'm not sure why they said they weren't available before. Returning the car was very quick; they barely checked anything.

This was our first time driving abroad, and choosing QEEQ made the trip very pleasant. The car was in great condition and the service was excellent. Picking up and dropping off the car at the airport was easy to find, but we did have some trouble with language communication.
