アムステルダムの空港で車を取り、建行の磁気ストライプカードに遭遇して何度も出て来られなくて、建行に電話して、顧客サービスはカードがすべて正常で、カードの使用記録が見えなかったと言って、ALAMOの従業員はPOS机を交換して、ついにカードを使って成功して、びっくりして、帰国して必ず1枚の磁気ストライプカードを使います。車を持って、空中通路を通って駐車場に行く、従業員は態度がいい。

I initially booked an Audi A3, but due to a lot of luggage, I was worried it wouldn't fit. I inquired about a more spacious car and the additional cost. The store provided a great alternative and offered a discount on the extra cost. Very happy!

“Credit card was not accepted by Alamo mean counter staff whereas it was confirmed as valid by my ban”
About Alamo: 5.7 /10
Alamo staff was dumb and non competent. We spent 2 hours in the airport with 3 Kids under 6-years old at 9pm. Awful. We hate Alamo.
