This was my first time renting a car abroad and I am very satisfied.

A very reliable car rental company

The rear window of our rental car was smashed in Rome. We wanted to exchange the car in Rome, but the contact number provided by Alamo was not answered at all. We went directly to their airport rental location, but their staff said they couldn't handle this issue and told us to keep calling the number, leaving us hanging. We visited two airport rental locations, both with the same response. In the end, the problem remained unsolved, and we had to drive back to Geneva to return the car.

the car was upgraded at no extra charge, and the counter staff were were polite

price drop worked very well and saved money on the car hire.

Staff fine, rental desk easy to find. Quicker to walk, which we did, to the car location.

Worked as advertised.
