空港に指定された待ち合わせ場所に着いた後、会社に連絡して誰も電話に出ないで待っていたが、客先の車が到着するのを待ち焦がれていた。会社に着いてレンタカーの手続きをする時、サービス態度はまだ可で、待ち行列の時間は少し長くて、従業員があまりにも辛抱強くて、1人の客に対してちょうど長い時間を要します。

I had an 8:00 AM reservation, arrived at 7:30, but didn't get the car until 10:00. It took 45 minutes to process each customer. There was only one employee handling car exchanges, pickups, registrations, running around without a walkie-talkie, no colleagues, and no clear procedures.

“ace, as part of hertz, is much less than what I expected.”

They have a trick to over charge toll invoice by charging +18$admin fee on top of toll invoice. f you think you save money because you chose ace instead of other suppliers during booking, you ar badly mistaken. Never, ever come back to them.
