They couldn't find my booking, didn't prepare the car, and had me take a 40-minute ride to pick up the car.

Car did not match the description. Agreed to pick up the car at the airport, but when I got there, there was no car, had to take a twenty-minute ride to the store to get it. The biggest issue was that I rented a Vios but received an old, noisy Kia instead. However, everything went smoothly after renting the car, and returning it was convenient.

My car had to be picked up at 4am , but they were closed, they open at 6am !!

Dislike: I had wait nearly an hour to pick up my call because they were late in cleaning the car. The staff member was really nice, but it would've been nicer if I had been able to pick up my car on time.
