The car computer kept displaying maintenance needed for tyres and maintenance needed for oil and filter. I rang the staff and they reassured me that this was not a problem but as a user it was disconcerting to have this flashing on the dashboard through my whole journey.

Got lost when picking the car up and went to the wrong carpark

I was very disappointed that the dollar counter staff tried selling me insurance again even after I explained that I had purchased this through easy rent cars. He told me a number of times that I wasn’t actually insured when in fact I was, just not through them. I think that the insurance process is misleading for customers, and most people would just listen to what the staff member was selling and take it. Resulting in a double up of insurance. Not impressed about that process and glad I understand it now for future.
