One switch were the worst. Not helpful, rude, a giant rip off. try to upsell us for everything. And then ultimately couldn't rent the car because they wanted to make us pay for the insurance that we already had in place.
They accept just few insurance companies, that's not good. Time of wait on line is too long. I was charged for a insurance because staff women didn't know how to get properly the info from my insurance.

BAD SERVICE AT COUNTER MY CAR WASENT THERE THEY HAD TO GET ME TO ANOTHER RENTAL COMPANY PAID ADDITIONAL CHARGES TERIBLE SERVICES WILL NEVER RENT HERE AGAIN, I WILL ALSO FILE A FORMATED COMPLAIN ABOUT MY ADDITIONAL CHARGES AFTER EVRYTHING WAS PAID IN FULL.
I was very disappointed that my car rental ended up costing $200 more for the week than what I contracted to pay.
I found this car rental on the website kayak.com which showed a full price of $105 for the week, which was to be paid in full in advance, with $0 due at pickup. When I got to the car rental place at One Switch that despite my showing proof of having my own insurance with full coverage, I had to pay another $9 per day for not using their insurance, which I think is a terribly unfair and unethical business practice. Furthermore, I was charged another $13 per day for Sunpass (not optional) which does not even include the actual toll cost.
Further I was charged an additional rental day at $52, plus taxes, because my pick up was at 9:00 a.m. and my drop off was at 11:00 a.m.
The employee at the counter did not speak English well and was difficult to understand and communicate with.
The vehicle itself was a high mileage vehicle which was not in very good condition.
If i had known of the true cost of this rental, I would have not rented with One Switch and would have gone with a more reputable company.
