Sandy the lady who helped us initially was very efficient and professional and she waited to have her break to help us with our booking.

The car had plenty of room but the service was the worst I have ever experienced. The management at the denver location could have cared less about any issues with my rental. She even walked away from me while I was talking.
Ridiculously slow service from pickup at the airport to check in at the counter to waiting for the shuttle after drop off. Not worth whatever money I saved going through Easyrentcars.com
Did not get the vehicle that I wanted. Took a long time waiting and finishing process at the counter.
