Facturé de 70 euros au retour du véhicule après 10 jours de location car il y avait des poils de bulldog à l'avant. On nous a dit qu'il fallait faire intervenir une société extérieure pour nettoyer. Il suffit d'un coup d'aspirateur pour les enlever. Je ne savais pas qu'il fallait nettoyer les voitures avant de les rendre, on perd un peu de l'intérêt de la location. Je pense surtout que c'est un moyen de faire de l'argent, ... 70 euros pour nettoyer une voiture, je n'ai jamais vu ça...

The big problem was after I dropped the car off. I left the keys in their office, on their desk. there was no one at the desk at the time and I thought this would be more convenient for them. There were staff from other car rental firms in the same office.
Because I left the keys on the desk and not in a box, I was fined 60 euros. There was no indication that this would happen in the documentation.
No harm came to the vehicle because.
My impression is that thrifty uses any means it can to extract more money from its customers.
