Charging is fine, but please provide a reason or explanation for the charges. The car itself was great! Very new and in good condition! And not too expensive! These aspects deserve praise!

There were long queues and the store was not big enough, but everything else was satisfactory.

I was half an hour late, and they said the price would be different. I originally booked it for 230 euros for three days, but because of the delay, they wanted 980 euros. Are you out of your mind? So I booked Europcar at Charles de Gaulle Airport through Zuzuche and took a taxi there. The taxi fare from Orly Airport to Charles de Gaulle Airport is 70 euros. Oh well, after picking up the car, including full insurance and an additional driver, it came to 460 euros. Still reasonable.

Like: I like the space of the car and it was easy to drive and use, no problems and the kids enjoyed the experience of being in it.
Dislike: I would have like the paper work to have listed the exsisting damage on the car before I went to drive it away.
