It went really well.

Rented the car in Melbourne and returned it in Sydney, which was quite convenient and trouble-free. The staff in Sydney were very polite. The gentleman in Melbourne, a Caucasian, might not have had enough sleep as he didn't smile at all. We got an MG and were specifically told to use 95-octane petrol. However, we couldn't find any 95 on the way, so we used 98 instead. When we arrived in Sydney, the staff there told us 91 was fine.

Due to a flight delay, Apex did not handle the situation well. They simply informed us via email to pick up the car the next day and closed at 5 PM without any emergency contact number, which greatly affected our travel plans.

The location is quite far from the airport, and the wait time for the shuttle bus is too long!

The pickup point is not at the airport; you have to wait for a shuttle bus to get to the pickup location. Other companies like Hertz and Avis have their pickup points at the airport. For tourists unfamiliar with Australia, especially those not familiar with the environment, it's best to understand this beforehand.

The car exceeded my expectations. The car condition is good, new and it is very clean and comfortable.
