There is no office, both pickup and return are at the airport parking lot. I booked a Toyota but got a Hyundai. When returning the car, I found a slight crack on the front right bumper, and the rental company charged me 2700 RMB. I will never use such a small rental company again. They seem eager to find any scratch with a magnifying glass to charge you for something. Lastly, they charged me 25 Lari for car washing, roughly 70 RMB.
When returning the car, they said the right front mudguard was missing... Luckily, I recorded a video when picking up the car and noticed it was already missing! If I hadn't recorded the video or had missed it, I would have had to pay. Also, they require you to wash the car before returning it, or they will charge you a large fee!
