1.従業員が予約した車の内容によって注文を提供しないで、言語の関系のため、勝手に保険を増やします。ガソリンを満タンにして返却したかどうかも指定した。提示した金額が実際の金額と違っていたため、問題を提起して修正した。2.予約車はコンパクトSUVのアンコーウェイとキャシュカイだったが、提供されたのは超小型SUVの日産キックス。当時はサイズを大きくするのに値段がかかりました。3.サービス態度があまりにも悪く、レンタカーの情報を根気よく紹介していない。4.車を返すサービスはまだ良くて、検査は車を渡して1分で完了します。

Overall very satisfied. This car made our half-month trip in California very convenient. From San Francisco to Los Angeles along the beautiful Highway 1, and even a visit to Yosemite National Park, we have wonderful memories.
