Convenient, friendly, no hard selling. I suggest arriving early in the morning for pick-up because there are more customers.

Very nice service although computer went down and the service staff should have jumped to another colleagues computer to finish the transaction as they were free.

Very easy to book and like the discount coupons.

Avis did NOY give me, as promised, email confirmation of car returned without damage and i suspect they will try claim later that damage was found. also no receipt of debit of my credit card. i will imediately instruct Card company not to make payment if AVIS 'try' something.

Like: easy to drive, good luggage space, exactly what I expected
Dislike: high beam did not stay on - I had to hold it on flash one of the ugliest cars on the road, hence the title - warthog - but it performed really well so no complaints
