The service is okay, but there's no Chinese service. Fortunately, I understand some English; otherwise, it would have been impossible to manage.
The main issue is the rental policy, which feels like a bully contract. Initially, I booked to pick up the car in Chiang Mai and drop it off in Bangkok, so there was an extra fee for returning the car to a different location. Due to a change in plans, I switched to picking up and dropping off at the same location in Chiang Mai, but despite multiple attempts, the extra fee wasn't refunded. I find this unreasonable!
Counter service staffs were extremely friendly. Skeptical of them at first due to the number of comments on how they tried to made renters pay the damages after return. Certainly did encounter the staff deliberately try to find a damage upon returning. Therefore do drive safely, to ensure yourself a safe ride and a "safe" return condition. Overall recommended to go ahead and rent with them :)
I booked a Nissan Armada but was given a Toyota Fortuner. How can they are in the same class! Dents and scratches were found on the car body.
