It's okay

This car rental company is suspected of insurance fraud. When we picked up the car, it had a broken light which we asked them to note down, but they didn't. We took a photo, and when returning the car, they immediately took a picture, implying that we damaged it. Then they insisted that we scratched the wheel rim. Friends, be vigilant when checking the car. The car rental services at Lang Man Airport have gone bad. Returning the car costs 5000 Baht, we almost missed our flight because of this troublesome process. This rental company was decent before March this year, but now they're just about collecting fines and money.

Servive was ok but long waiting time

Flight got delayed and informed them. They gave assurances that there is nothing to worry and it was indeed. All good!

Use to book at the official websites of car rentals, spend so much time and hassle going through each and everyone of them. Gave easyrentcars a shot and I am never looking back, its too easy! Vehicle broke down. We had to take the vehicle to a garage for repairs. Waited over three hours. Balance of our day was stuck in a garage waiting for repairs. Rental company didn’t have a replacement vehicle. Nothing about compensation for us. We had plans and couldn’t do them. Very disappointed
