The car I had reserved was not available and they charged me several hundred dollars in extra "taxes and fees" that had not been quoted. This is unacceptable and should not happen.

They made me purchase their basic coverage to protect the car which I know is a scam because I used to work at Enterprise rent a car. protection for car only is the damage waiver. I'm going to contact them for a refund for the other coverages that I did not want.

El auto un poco deteriorado pero funcionó bien. No puedo aceptar que el recipiente de agua de los wipers estaba vacío. Eso indica que no chequean bien los vehículos antes de entregarlos.
