Had to wait a long time as there was a bomb threat at the airport earlier so everything was delayed. The staff was nice and answered all my questions. Would have appreciated some recompense for the delay like an upgrade or a discount to be honest.

Quick booking no issues, appreciate that they take AMEX which is my preferred method of payment. The one dollar freeze is also convenient.

Friendly and helpful person on desk, didn't try too hard to get me to buy comprehensive insurance. Got an extra driver and a fantastic new infant seat easily. Car was almost new and in excellent condition. Very positive experience.
